Will - Head of Design

With a honours degree in Furniture and Product Design, and a decade’s experience in the driving seat, Will has amassed a wealth of expertise when it comes to technical knowhow. Being a detail man, always one step ahead of the makers, it’s the hidden intricacy that keeps him challenged on a day to day. Heralding from Devon, he’s a big fan of the great outdoors, is well travelled and has the best Spotify playlists in the workshop.

Joel - Cabinetmaker

Joel originally studied sculpture and art history at university and had a studio in Bristol’s now trendy Easton for a while. He retrained as a cabinet maker in 2008/9 and ran a successful business designing, making and installing furniture for a little over a decade. Outside of work Joel plays harmonica and restores vintage guitar amplifiers.

Tomas - Maker and Installer

After 15 years of working as a mixologist around the globe from New York to Bangkok, Tomas found his calling in woodwork. Whilst in Prague the opportunity came about to assist in the renovation of the legendry Elbow Room - there was no looking back. Moving to the UK in 2018, Tomas joined Bristol’s HUSK kitchens working his way up to workshop Manager, before joining the team at The Bristol Joinery Co last year.
